A great opportunity to sell your gently-used children's clothing (newborn to size 14), baby equipment and toys or go shopping for your own infants and children.
This year's sale is Friday, March 19, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
(no strollers before noon)
to Saturday, March 20, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
(all green tag items are
half-price on Saturday)
Laundry baskets are allowed on shopping days.
30 percent of proceeds benefit the Bear Vally MOPS group.
Seller sign-up will occur Friday, February 5th 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
and Sunday February 7th and 14th during morning services (9:00 a.m - 12:00 noon)
Sellers price their own items, but do not man a booth. Sellers receive 70%, and MOPS receives the other 30% (tax deductible).
What you can sell: Toys, books, baby equipment, girls/boys clothing (size newborn-14). Only quality clothing and equipment will be accepted. Non-clothing items must be up-to-date, intact, no missing pieces, and in EXCELLENT condition.
Clothing with stains, tears, missing buttons or smoke smell will not be accepted. No maternity clothes, please.
Two ways to sell:
- Regular Seller: Wait while items go through receiving process. After the sale, you pick up the items that didn't sell and the check for your items that did sell.
- MOPS Drop (seller express lane): All unacceptable items or items that were not sold will be donated to charities. No items will be returned to the seller. Your check for items that did sell will be mailed to you.
Drop-off: You can drop off your priced items Tuesday, March 16 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m or Wednesday, March 17 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. For normal sellers there may be some wait time, so MOPS Drop is the quicker option, but as noted above, no items will be returned to the seller.
*
for sale volunteers: Please drop off your sale items
before or
after your shift, not during your volunteer shift. This will help ensure you are able to satisfy your planned number of volunteer hours.
Check and clothing distribution: Come by the church (lower level) on Monday, March 22 between 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Seller Instructions
Volunteering for the sale has its own benefits. Besides helping raise funds for the MOPS program volunteers also get early access to the sale before the general public. Depending on the amount of volunteer time you invest determines which early phase of the sale you are able to shop.
